The amount of coin OP has to drop is paramount.
Chagrin Falls has a Hermes shop. Real estate prices reflect that. Old as eff houses but well tended. Cool place. Nearby is Pepper Pike and Gates Mills. A layer or two above. I mean they have Polo fields. You probably need to be a baller or a CPA firm partner.
Out west in Bay Village, newer homes, retail parks, more modern living. Pretty palatable if you like that. There are several towns in closer that rock. Maybe Rocky River? Check that. Closer but more of an old school feel than Westlake/Bay Village.
Shaker/University Heights, old but swanky living. The full Cleveland. Traditional successful Jewish base and perhaps takes a while to perceive belonging there. Not a bad choice.
For a regular dude that has a good solid job with a decent salary, I say Brecksville/Independence. You will not lose a dime on real estate (same for Westlake/Bay Village)
Even Fairlawn on the far west side of Akron with quick connect on 77 to Cleveburg where LeBron has a "modest" bungalow.
