Lyndon, If there are no holes which require welding. Clean the tank yourself.Wash it the old way...I got a piece of chain and attached several screws and bolts to the chain links. Put water first and shake it to remove any inside big scales and rust. Rinse at least 3 times. Buy a tank sealer kit and follow instructions. Your tank will be coated in such a way that looks like a ceramic coating inside!
