My wife got me an Instantpot for Christmas, and I just made my first batch of venison stew. Very tasty, but my daughter didn't like it, and I understand why. The recipe I used had brown ale, mushrooms, bay, rosemary, thyme....very earthy flavor profile.
Can anyone recommend a bit more approachable recipe? More of a 'comfort food' style stew?
