Sounds like the cam box and seals are leaking, if you can do the timing belt, you can replace all the gaskets and seals. The front o-ring is between the cam box and front cam bearing housing (the bit the distributor cap bolts to)

Don't forget to ask for the new banjo fastener when you get that hose - they're now a two-piece unit.
