the dog never went after the cats or any other dogs.

it did come after me when I was riding my bike. I have a been chased by LOTS of dogs, some are more vicious than others, this one was at the top of that scale.

I don't know if the ex wife wanted it shot but based on the family I know how white trash the ex husband is and I am imagine he had to do the "manly" thing and shoot the "bad" dog.

my thought was that there was no more danger to the rest of the animals.

I think they tried to do the right thing after the first attack. the dog probably would have been put down if it went to a shelter.


our lab just died at Christmas and she was good with other dogs expect little ones like frank. she never went after frank but if a little dog got too close (especially when it came to her ball) she might go after it.
