It is very time-consuming and will basically be a part-time job to list, sell, pack, and ship all that.
With a new account and zero feedback you'll be fighting a bit of an uphill battle at first. Sell off a bunch of the lower end stuff first to build up your feedback rating. Also, offer 30-day returns, free shipping, and the Global Shipping Program to come up at the top of eBay's search algorithms - otherwise your auctions will appear on Page 122 when somebody does a search ....
