Hey Mark,
I replaced mine with everything in the car, was a slight pain in the ass, but a little patience and you can get it done. Removing the old seal was harder than installing the new one. And re-installing the rubber boot cover will also tax your patience! My boot came off 2 or 3 times after the repair, until I finally got it properly placed.
