Many have done this mod for the RS Style bumper and oil cooler mods. Here's another one made from flat sheet. Actually I curved everything everything for strength. Here are a few photos
Once I get the actual oil cooler that I plan to use, I will also fab up some brackets and baffling so that the air actually goes through the cooler and not around it.
Overall, happy with the result so far.
