I am considering keeping my 79 SC sunroof delete coupe and selling the 86 Carrera sleeper/hot rod/ DE Mobile.

I'm Wondering what the consensus is on 3.6L conversions current value?

The 86 Carrera tub has approx 219 K miles and one paint trading excursion at the track that required a new door / fender - bump and paint, but did not cause damage to the tub or oil lines.Looks as good as new.
The key to this car is the maintenance and upgrades it has received from 2014 to present by a very reputable east coast shop (with receipts) as follows:

Engine :
1997 993 3.6 l varioram engine with KMS individual throttle bodies,manifold risers and ECU.Split case rebuild 3/2017, w.super cup cams, solid rockers,SS valves,Hd springs ,Ti retainers .Heads done by Bob Height—Anchor Atlantic.
3.6 L crank pulley and single PMS CNC machined fan/hub pulley.
Equal length headers (jet hot coat) with M&K 2 / 2 911R stainless exhaust/ w removable baffles.lightweight starter.Custom fabricated rear mount tow hook.
Dyno:320hp at 6,800rpm and 277 ft/lb torque at 5300rpm.

Transmission :
915 -rebuilt 3/2015 w Quaife torque sensing differential, new synchros / shortened 3rd,4th,and 5th gears.Saks Al power clutch and PMS(Patrick Motorsports) 993 conversion kit to 915 gearbox, including 225 mm fly wheel. New motor mounts and trans mounts were installed at same time-
Wevo : tall lever/black anodized shifter/ weave coupler/wevo shift rod-tube.

Interior:
Black dashboard-and Black headliner perfect shape,no cracks.
RS America door panels, Kirkey series 45 lightweight aluminum seats and mounts .OMP suede/leather 360 mm steering wheel. Diest 5 Pt harnesses .Das sport-black satin powdercoat rollbar.Interior fuel pump switch and hand throttle/choke.Radio/AC delete.sunroof and power windows.
White face gauges rebuilt by Hollywood speedo. Recalibrated to 200 mph. shift light set @6800.Rennline -aluminum track mats/front tow hook/dead pedal.
Interior mounted KMS ECU(on the hump) and relay panel behind drivers seat .

Exterior:
Early Carrera repro rear spoiler with OEM rubber lip. IROC fiberglass front valance with fabbed cooling ports for the dual oem carrera oil coolers (right and left sides) IROC valance is mounted to stock aluminum front bumper.New sunroof seal/2015.
Two sets of rims :
A)17 “Fisk Lightweight FM 5 ‘s 7”/ 9 “ w BFG R1’s
B)Carrera Cups- repros 17 inch 7”/9 “inch w Toyo R888’s.Ventilated/ lightened rear aluminum bumper on solid / fixed-bumper shocks.

Chassis and Suspension:
RSR Bilstein re-valved shocks -front and rear.
RSR lowered spindles – front .
New steering rack ,New axles and CV joints-3/14.
New trailing arm bushings, front control arm bushing’s and rear spring plate bushings replaced 4/15 .Smart racing products rear sway bar @ 4.0 stiffness . Smart racing products through the tub front sway bar @ stiffness.New rear bar bushings 5/19. Corner balanced. -3° street/track camber. Stable energies triangulated strut brace.
Rennin lightweight battery mount with basic disconnect and new lightweight Decca AGM battery.
