Yeah, I had gone back and checked a few things on the sender after my original post. Nothing definitive, but I was getting no resistance when bench testing (hence my original question), but after de-reading some of the other thread I did test resistance using the back of the unit where the rivet is and I do get a reading. Might try to re-rivet and see.
