If you go black, don't use powder, use Cerakote. Powder is thick and ugly. Whoever does the Cerakote, make sure they do 3 coats/bake cycles for both finish and lifetime durability.

Bright is just anodized aluminum. If your car came with painted frames, chances are good they can't be anodized, at some point Porsche switched to a cheaper, porous alumium that doesn't anodize (aesthetically) well. They do have a slight different profile so easy to tell the difference between the two.
