(Not really directed at you, Helix, just commenting for Geronimo.)
I track the R888R's in the rain too and they noticeably lose grip in the corners but seem ok on the straights.
However, keep in mind most tracks have much better grip than your typical street which can be unpredictable. I think what we're trying to say is if you get caught in the rain with R888R's on just don't drive balls out, common sense should prevail.
