After searching numerous threads here and elsewhere I ask now for any help I can get...
I am trying to put some vintage Recaros into my 88 911. The seats are Recaro LS. I will post some pictures of what I have.
The facory Porsche seats have a welded on bracket or extension where the female seat belt receiver bolts up. These sliders/brackets have no such provision. I have a set of Brey Krause R-9005 brackets but they interfere with the seat. I was wondering if the seat belt could be attached at the hinge point of the Recaro seat (inside red circle) but that does not appear to be intended for that purpose.
So who has "the recipe" to make this work??
