Indeed, it will stay running when I give it a bit of gas when turning over - though sputtering a bit.
I forgot to mention that the ICV was swapped as well by a 2nd hand one. Idle corrected more quickly though after driving a few km's the problem became as bad as it was before (so in my opinion it has to do something with the learning of the DME. Idle hunts slightly after a reset).
Don't know about the fuel pressure yet - someone hinted me as well that it could be a failing fuel pump or a failing Engine Coolant Sensor which is giving the wrong value.
Fuel filter was replaced recently.
