I live in San Diego. Not being a jerk .many large cities like San Diego have a liberal council and we already have items in place for global warming or climate change. In fact, San Diego is already addressing climate justice!!! I read another article this week where Elon musk was saying that very soon gas cars will start to go away because when people find out that EV cars cost a fraction to charge they will start to change their minds. He went on to say that the average internal combustion engine has 2000 parts where the Tesla S has 18. He said cars will last much longer and have very little maintenance. I own a 85 911!! I love it. Musk says most gas cars will be worthless in 5 years. How would we sell our cars? The article with Muck is also in this weeks EV blog called Electrek. Easy to get to. Google and read.
