Yes, bleed again, and keep the reservoir full. Do not push your luck with the fluid level. There is a separator wall in the reservoir between the front and back of the tank and it is much easier to get air in the clutch line (back of the tank) then the brake line (front of the tank). Take smaller refill steps and refill much more often then you would for a brake bleed/flush.
