911SC transmission seals

Iv'e dropped the engine/trans in my 79 SC. The car has 188k miles and runs great. I'm only trying to replace leaky seals/hoses. I'll probably do a complete rebuild down the road. On the trans, my thought is to replace front and back shaft seals, the axle seals as well as the boot the seals shaft into the cockpit. The CV joints sound and feel fine so I plan on just replacing the cracked boots along with packing new grease. Any thoughts or opinions? I know this can be a slippery slope of costs/improvements so I'm trying to stick with my initial intention to stop the leaks. I've had the car over 20years and it's driven probably 3k miles a year.
Thanks,
Shawn
