I am really pleased about Libya (obviously) - it seems like a great outcome for everyone (rare at the moment!).

For the record, I agree with 350 - it mighta happened without the war on Iraq (the agreement on Lockerbie payments did, I think). I don't think I'm looking to argue about it, so lets not get into a "Gaddafi would have made this agreement without the spectre of becoming the next Iraq - no he wouldn't - yes he would - no he wouldn't - yes he would".
