Man, I'm glad you're mostly alright. Side impacts are viscous. I was in a chevette that hydroplaned at 70. I was the passenger, and the passenger got to watch two cars drill it right into his door. I pulled glass out of my head for months. Just something for your g/f to look forward to. Good Luck.
