Struggling with high idle. Have a leaking vacuum advance, and wondering if that would cause the idle to be overly high because it won’t retard timing at idle

Also, I have a leak at the throttle shaft pretty bad

And a small pinhole leak around solder at plenum support tube

Suggestions?
