There's quite a bit of information on this subject on this board, as well as others and websites. Do a search, and you should run into a good amount of information.

To answer your question, you're going to have to remove a lot, including the cross over pipe (which means intake manifold also), and the subframe (and that means rack will have to be unbolted, engine supported from above), etc. The gasket surfaces have to be very very clean upon re-installation or it will leak, and again, and again...
