I went with the Michelin Pilot AS4 for my 79' SC. 205/55 R16 in the front and 225/50 R16 in the back. Down here in SW Florida the rain can come out of nowhere so I sacrificed extra sticky summer performance tires and instead went with the all season tires. I'll never see snow but rain is definite! I won't be picking up the car until next week so I can't comment on how they feel yet but I know those summer performance tires are absolutely terrible in the rain.
