To strip the floor of the tar, use dry ice and wait for it to shrink the tar then hit the floor a little hard, then use a chizzle and a putty nife. Or do what I did and get a heat gun (hairdryer works) and keep the tar nice and hot, not cold, not gummy, just find what works for you. Then take brake cleaner and you can take the glue off with that. The rest is rust fix if you have any. Then prep and Por 15, then buy a carpet kit or use your old carpet and your set.
Seats? dont know.
