I don't have the calibration specs in front of me at the moment, but are you trying to adjust to the RS space cam calibration settings?

Are you taking volumetric readings as well as rack movement adjustments?

Pay particular attention to the pump setup in the book, especially the adjustment of the "stop" position of the warmup thermostat and that pivot adjustment (dimension "c" IIRC?)

When I set mine up I found the black screws to be nearly all the way in, and they started to overlap/interfere with the idle adjustment so you might be wary of that.

Also, there is a little cap piece/spacer that could be missing from the idle spring (the inner spring in the capsule) which could also limit your adjustment.
