Moderation is key to everything in life. The couple times I have taken ambien (major insomnia or long flights to Asia) it totally worked, magically. Trick is to have a primary Dr who will prescribe it. Tough to find these days with the opioid issues. I would love to have a few at hand for difficult times but cannot get any. I guess I could hang out in the local park and score some but that's not my bag
