outdoor Mercury vapor lamp replacement, LED?
We've got a mercury lamp outside that's on a pole. It provides a ton of light for what would otherwise be a pitch black area.
I'd like to be able to more easily turn the lamp on/off, but the mercury vapor lamp doesn't do well at on/off. I've been thinking that some sort of LED flood that can come on and go off instantly at the flip of a switch and provide a flood of light would be nice.
Does anyone have anything that they would recommend to fulfill that function?
