Take it home and take a couple of days to fully assess what needs to be fixed. Then, make him an offer.
The paint doesn't look too bad. The paint scrapes may "buff right out". The small dents are another story.
The spoiler in the up position could just be the switch down by the fuse panel. But, you won't know until you put in a new battery.
I'd like to see the interior. Any pics?
