I don't know about you guys, but there's a GPS tracker on my cars, along with other measures to help thwart theft.
Since the thieves seem to be watching constantly, I'd fabricate an inconspicuous looking fuse holder that powers up the engine, either cutting off ignition or computer when the fuse is removed. Probably something incorporated into a dash trim seam or something that's not easily seen, along with being close to the ignition lock cylinder so that it's quickly and easily removed and reinstalled. If it's too difficult to access, us humans wouldn't always disable it, negating the anti-theft benefit. Another product that I've seen used is a Mico-Lock brake lock, which hydraulically locks up the brakes until the lock is deactivated, either electrically or mechanically, depending on which model you have. Those can easily be hidden and remotely activated.
