I'm not sure it should necessarily be -N because without knowing the antibody levels, as Paul suggested, you don't know if you could really use the vaccine or not. I know several people in the healthcare environment that had the virus and still got the vaccine because they believe the antibodies from the vaccine are longer lasting than from the virus itself. They didn't get tested for antibody levels prior to getting the vaccine because it didn't matter to them.
