Psyco? I have one living next door to me, but this one is slick, he is a lying, social path, and a psyco path, he married a mentally disturbed woman, and both dont work, they get money from the govt and mommy and daddy to play house. They are bad news, and dangerous. I one upped you on that, and yes I watch em and have my phone ready for 911 if this clown flipps. Its the ones that stare at you for a long time and not talk, are the ones you better be prepped for. Never confront a social-psycopath...
