Just for reference, on a factory installation, the line from the rear condenser to the front condenser is drivers side, and the line from the evaporator to the compressor is passenger side. Neither run under the rocker covers per se. They are secured to the bottom of the body with P clamps. You don't want the evaporator to compressor line in contact with the oil lines for heat reasons.
