Take pics of the tire wear and call the dealer . If they are a decent dealer maybe they can provide phone support . It only costs you the call . Do you have a local trailer shop ? Maybe get an estimate for repair and get a credit from the selling dealer ? Obviously the long distance to the selling dealer is a wrench in the gears .
