Bosch Distro mystery
I just bought a Bosch Distributor for my 70T. I also purchased the tune-up kit from PP for the T. I guess it will come with a 6.8K RMP rotor. Anyways when cleaning my distributor up, I noticed a hard but paper thin, bakelite like gasket under the advance mechanism. This was partially broken and some of the pieces were floating around inside the distro. I decided to break the rest of it away and remove it all. Will this pose any problems?
If so, how can I get into the advance mechanism to replace that gasket?
