Sounds like...
Weak Battery? What is the voltage on the battery when she is off, when she is running? Should be 12 and 13.5-14v
Corrodded battery terminals? Pull the battery cables and clean those suckers. If you have corrosion building there, this can weaken the starter.
Corroded connectors on the starter motor? Take them off and clean, if they get dirty, the flow of power to the motor is cut back.
She has been ignored for a few weeks and she needs some TLC? Drive her some more.
