¡Muy interesante! I was expecting something that looked like a regular bike, and was shocked, but this makes a lot more sense. It looks like a cross between a bike and a scooter/moped. It reminds me a little of the Honda Ruckus which is no surprise, because those things seem pretty popular. When I lived in Houston, I saw them frequently, and most of them looked pretty heavily modded.
