Somehow this thread got mixed up, so I will continue with the Loose rear bumper as the thread was meant to be.
So I jacked up the car to get a better look and it seems that there is a Aluminium plate which I presume is a heat shield is loose.
I am no expert but my assumption is that the plate is bolted, but the holes have increased in size and the bolt is no longer holding it. Or is it meant to be like that?

Here is a picture. Where ever is a bolt through the length of the plate is also the same.
If this is broken is this common and what is the fix other than buying a new one?
Is it just to pop rivet a plate over the hole?
