to me, there are few cons: you should upgrade to a 19mm M/C... but, you probably want to do that already... the only other "CON" is that it's not stock... some people would be really bummed about a non porsche/vw product...
the pros: better brakes that can be replaced easier/cheaper! it's a lot better for me to be able to run down to auto zone or pep boys and get 320i pads(or calipers)(or 2002 pads/calipers) that they have in stock than have stock brakes shipped in from whereever...
seriously... I went to the bmw 2002 brakes... and eventhough the plumbing was a Pain... the finished product worked great and saved my ass by helping me avoid an accident with a Ford F-250... brakes are something I don't believe in being cheap about... erveything else is free game!
