Aaron, I had no issues under normal driving/braking of the rotors getting too hot... either in highway driving or stop-go traffic... I see your concern... esp. if you were going to race the setup... but I don't think, at least in my experience, the heat dissipation was an issue

Jeremy, I used the BMW, and I haven't seen anything about the volvo setup... it's whatever you think... if the volvo pads are slightly smaller than the 320i brakes... that may be the way to go, to take Acox's advice under consideration... I used the 2002 brakes, so they were smaller than the 320i brakes... but still a decent amount bigger than the 914 brakes... let us know what you decide... I'd like to see size comparisons of the pads of all 4!
