The car has cleaned up surprisingly nicely, other than the engine, which we have had to take all the way down to splitting the case.
I've taken apart the bumpers for cleaning and parts replacement as necessary.
There is a lot of the original cosmosline on the underside of the car, which I am leaving in place. That stuff resists cleaning with simple green and brushes so it is not hard to leave it.
