I am currently setting up megasquirt 2 ignition options/wheel decoder/

Ignition input capture: rising edge or falling edge?

Number of coils: I have 6 x LS2 coils driven in pairs from the MS2 (do I select 3?)

I believe the normal Dwell is 5ms, is 1ms spark duration ok?
