I used upol black and I believe upol also makes it for wurth. Not sure about your step 7
If you buy black chipgaurd you don’t need to go over it, it is Matt black and you can vary sheen by adding black enamel according to 962 for chipgaurd recommends a primer if your going to paint over it.
