Rear-hatch adjustments ;\

Okay, i've been tinkering with my 924 a bit. The original rear-hatch that was on the car had the dreaded trim-detatchment scenario happening with it, so i replaced it with the old rear-hatch from my 944 with some minor fabrication. It's now somewhat harder (much more) to open the rear hatch. One side comes unlatched but the other side still stays latched in. I'm thinking the pins need adjustment, but i'm not sure how exactly. That or the latching mechanism may be bad. How might i adjust or fix this so my rear hatch opens flawlessly again?

All help is greatly apprecieated
