It should be a easy bolt in. You will need many parts from the 69` but would be no problem at all. What comes to mind is

Clutch cable
tranny crossmember
speedo conversion to mechanical
voltage regulator ??
low psi fuel pump and cap off the return line from the tank
muffler tailpipe will have incorrect angle if stock for 69(get out your torch)
Your 901 4 bolt axles will work fine
Thats about all that comes to mind. Install that 2.7 and enjoy your lightweight powerplant/tranny into that pig. Should be nice with 200hp and a 7/31 geared 901. You will be saving about 100lbs in the rear as well. The 901 tranny is a much better shifting box as well. I would consider it an upgrade to such a car providing you have a well sorted 2.7 . BTW if your real question was mounting points(engine brace/crossmember) . YES its all the same dimentions for the 3.0/915 and the 2.7/901 .

ENJOY !
