What is the lawyer going to do with no legal contract to even review?
What does a professional do with nothing at all? Bill you for their time?
(hint: Yes. Yes they will.)
One partner unilaterally signed a contract, for 'all of you', and is now 'not sharing'.
And they had the if authority to do so.
And the extended schedule is now over agreement.
A judge might ask your beef is with this partner first: If they had the right to act for all of you.
The person of authority is the only one who can make decisions based upon the collective agreement affecting yourself.
Everything else is internal.
Good luck.
Or if if the money is good, and it's not a problem, then it is not a problem...
There are too many unknowns for anyone to provide qualified information here.
