I made my own using a stick-on Garmin GPS mounting boss on the back of the phone and the corresponding Garmin socket attached to some old loc-line that I had laying around. Strapped it down to the dash with some bent sheetmetal and zip ties. I'll be the first to agree that it looks ghetto as hell, but it serves the purpose. Keeps the phone handy, adjustable and out of the way simultaneously.
Space is at a premium in this pickup. Not proud of this, not ashamed, either.
