Welcome! I saw the light after multiple Brit cars and a stroll through the late '60's MB coupes. This was when you could find a Targa SC for around 5k. I've had mine now for over 20 years and this forum (and John Walker) are the reason it remains on the road - the best advice you will find.

When the time comes it is very handy to have a Pelicanite (or Rennster) come with you when you look over the car. I could afford to make a mistake when these cars (the SC anyways) were not that expensive. Today, if you monitor BringATrailer or similar you will see some eye-popping numbers.
