As HB says, IPv6 is a non-issue right now. You can safely ignore that.
And good info on the DDoS Guard. It sounds like a good thing that it's blocked. I guess if you want to surf sketchy sites, then it may not be, but unless you are super confident in your own cyber-security protections, then it's probably a good thing to have someone help you avoid those sites.
Not anything to worry about.
