Ian C, yes that part #14 is the filler piece.

Classic, glad you found most of the wind noise. Trust me, there are more sources you haven't found yet! But keep working at it over time and you'll squelch them.

H-Viken, add to what Classic wrote. You will have to take off the door card to get to the forward adjustments. The rear of the frame is held to the door at the back top of the door, and the back bottom of the door. There are some 1" rubber or plastic plugs that cover the screws. Take them out and you will see how to do it. Also refer to the picture Ian posted above.
