Just thought I'd post a quick update as I continue working through these issues. Got two new Hella H4 headlights (sugar scoop style) and the headlights are all good. Tried high beams and fogs...both are still not working.
Next step is to start checking along the high beam and fog light circuit junction points (fuses, relays, switches) for voltage. Hope to do that this weekend and will post results. I have a suspicion that the turn signal/dimmer switch assembly is the culprit for the high beams but possibly the fog lights as well if power is sent to the fog lights through this switch (not sure if it is but I will find out shortly).
