Had a similar issue on a non-Porsche project. I was able to get penetrating oil around the sensor and then alternate the temp of the metal between cold and then hot. I started with "canned air" called dust off and held the can upside down which essentially freezes (contracts the metal) and then came back in a few hours and heated it with a yellow can-torch and then finally tapped the sensor with a rubber hammer a few times and it twisted right out.
